Combination Method

ALSO KNOWN AS

Combining Over-the-Counter Pharmaceuticals with Natural Methods (Vitamin C, Rutin and Ginger)

THE WAY IT WORKS

This process takes 5 to 20 days until miscarriage occurs.

INSTRUCTIONS

Stage 1

Take 500 to 1000 mg. of Rutin in capsule form daily whenever pregnancy is suspected, and continue until your menstrual flow begins. And take 6 to 10 grams (6000 to 10,000mgs.) of vitamin C per day until you begin your menstrual flow. You may want to start with 6 grams per day and work up to 10 grams.

Your body will “tell” you when you reach your maximum tolerance for vitamin C by having loose stools (diarrhea). If this happens, decrease the dose slightly until your stools are normal. If you can not tolerate at least 6 grams a day try to work up to it gradually but be careful not to dehydrate yourself due to diarrhea. Drink plenty of water and add a little honey and salt to the water to combat dehydration. Note: The easiest way to take vitamin C is in powder or crystal form mixed with water or juice. Read the jar closely, so you get the correct dose. Usually, one teaspoon of powdered vitamin C is 5 grams.

Vitamin C is available at almost any supermarket or pharmacy. Be sure to purchase the correct dosage. Make sure to get one WITHOUT rosehips. Do not take the vitamin C all at once. It is a water soluble vitamin. Most of it will be flushed out through urination. Take 4-6 doses, throughout the day.

Take 6 to 10 grams (6,000 to 10,000mgs) of vitamin C per day until you begin your menstrual flow. You may want to start with 6 grams per day and work up to 10 grams.

Rutin Capsules are available at Health Food Stores with a Natural Pharmacy section.
Take 500 to 1,000 mg of rutin in capsule form daily for 5 days along with the Vitamin C.

Stage 2

After five days of taking vitamin C and Rutin with no results, you may add a herb to the procedure. The herb is ginger root (Zingiber). Take one teaspoon of ginger root powder in a cup of boiling water, let cool and drink it. You may take four cups per day. This can also be prepared with freshly chopped ginger root, using one ounce of chopped ginger root per pint of hot water. Cover it tightly and let it sit for an hour or two at most, strain off the liquid, and drink four cups a day. Due to being pregnant, this tea may make you nauseous. You can take ginger tablets, but it is not as effective as fresh ginger. Remember to continue taking vitamin C.

Ginger Root (Zingber) is available at almost every supermarket or market. Fresh ginger is best.

We strongly urge you to follow both stages of this process.

CULTURAL HISTORY

The data are too few to say if vitamin C supplementation alone or combined with other supplements is beneficial during pregnancy. Preterm birth may increase with vitamin C supplementation. Although some study results show that daily supplementation can effectively lessen the incidence of premature rupture of chorioamniotic membranes (PROM). A gynecologist and pharmacist should be consulted before taking any herbs or supplements.

COMMENTS & FEEDBACK

“I only took Rutin once and then followed with Vitamin C, 500 mg per hour for the rest of the day (started at 4pm, went to bed at 1am). I also brewed a ginger tincture and parsley tincture. Drank roughly 2 cups of each. Felt a bit dizzy at first, but it went away. Ate dried pineapple as well, but I like to snack on it, not really for the method (as I do believe you need to use young, fresh pineapple). I talked to my child spirit A LOT, did light pressure point massage (for brief moments at a time, not 5 minutes straight). Next day I was worried it wasn’t working so I took 1000mg Vitamin C first thing in the morning (645am) along with a glass of parsley tincture. I prepared some foods for breakfast and went to the bathroom about an hour later…and I began to see some light spotting. I got so excited!! I took another 500 mg Vit C and went back to bed. I woke up at around noon; now it is 230pm and I am bleeding heavily!! I have never been so happy to see a heavy period!! Overall, it took me less than 24 hours for my period to come.” – Allison, age 21 from Nevada

Hey ladies! I just wanted to do a follow-up. I had a natural miscarriage last month and it’s day one of my period, so it really worked. I did several methods. At 5 weeks 2 days, I drank pomegranate juice (Bolthouse farms brand) and ate guacamole. I really don’t believe the avocados did anything. After I was done drinking that huge quart I was already noticing cramps. I miscarried at 5 weeks 5 days. During that time I ingested huge quantities of orange juice and vitamin C. I bought my vitamin C tablets at Wal-Mart and took 7000 mg a day. Along with this, I would also drink 5 to 6 cups of orange juice a day. I didn’t get diarrhea, but my bowels were a little looser than normal. I tried to space the vitamin C tablets out to one every hour. I didn’t wake up during the night to take the vitamin C. I would only take it during the hours that I was awake. It only took me a few days to miscarry and I attribute that to the excessive amount of vitamin C. I was 5 weeks along, but I knew the day I got pregnant, which actually set me back so I was really around 4 weeks 2- 4 weeks 5 days along. Regardless, if you would like to effectively end your pregnancy do the vitamin C it really works! – Leanne, age 22 from Texas, USA

“This website saved my life. Thank you so much. I took the vitamin C (probably more than recommended because I was so afraid) used reflexology, intense exercise and uterine massage and this morning my long awaited bleeding occurred. It was much more uncomfortable than usual, but I almost cried with relief. I once underwent a medical abortion and it was the most terrible, embarrassing, shameful and painful thing I have underwent. A natural miscarriage was much easier for me mentally, emotionally and physically. Thank you for what you do for women.” – Sara, age 32 from Ohio, USA
